NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--L3 Technologies (NYSE:LLL) announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Azimuth Security and Linchpin Labs, two market-leading information security businesses, on August 31, 2018. The acquired companies will operate under L3’s ISR Systems business segment as L3 Trenchant. The closing of the acquisition significantly strengthens L3’s existing C6ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber-Defense and Combat Systems, and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) capabilities.
