Southwark Park stabbing: Chilling CCTV shows suspect calmly walking away after man knifed to death in London park
Chilling CCTV has been released showing a murder suspect calmly walking away after a father was stabbed to death in a London park. Detectives investigating the murder of the 38-year-old have released CCTV footage of the suspect before and after the killing. Police have said they believe Mr Djelal may have been targeted. Witnesses described the suspect as a white man aged between 20 and 35 wearing dark clothing underneath a fluorescent hi-vis vest, with a hood covering his face. Mr Djelal was jailed for six years in 2014 after pleading guilty to conspiracy to cause GBH in the mistaken identity murder of City porter Christopher Foster.
The knifeman who murdered Mr Foster in a revenge attack against the wrong man, Aytach Lisani, was jailed for life with a minimum of 23 years at the Old Bailey. In 2001, Mr Djelal was cleared of taking part in a brutal Christmas Eve attack on a Turkish asylum seeker which left him permanently brain damaged. Officers appealed for witnesses or anyone with pictures and videos from inside the park on October 31 to get in touch. Mr Djelal was found fatally injured just before 2pm on Wednesday and died at the scene despite the efforts of medical staff and a team from the London Air Ambulance. A post-mortem gave the cause of death as a stab wound.
Time travel proof? SHOCK CCTV footage shows ‘time traveller teleporting’ in broad daylight
The bizarre video was uploaded to YouTube by the paranormal investigators behind the popular channel Apex TV. Apex TV claimed the video was emailed in by a concerned security officer who works for a warehouse in Pennsylvania, US. The security officer said he witnessed a time traveller use a teleportation device to phase out of reality. In the video, the presumed time traveller can be seen wearing a dark hoodie as he scans a bench area behind the warehouse. He searches for something on the ground, within sight of the building’s CCTV cameras.
The man appears to find some sort of flashing device on the ground which blinds the CCTV camera with light. After the device flashes about 20 times, the man completely vanishes out of sight, leading many to speculate he time travelled or teleported out of reality. Some Apex TV viewers who saw the clip were convinced it could be genuine evidence of time travel. Not everyone was convinced by the video footage.
WATCH: CCTV shows brawl between bus driver and passenger before China river plunge
Police say a brawl between a passenger and a bus driver was the cause of the bus plunging off a bridge in southwestern China. An eight-second surveillance video posted by Chongqing police on its social media account on Friday shows the two got into a fight before the bus veered into the wrong lane and fell off the bridge. A police statement said a female passenger started quarreling with the driver after she missed her stop. The official Xinhua News Agency said Friday 13 bodies have been retrieved from the river and two others remain missing. The bus collided with an oncoming car before smashing through the guardrail and into the Yangtze River on Sunday.
Rescuers recovered the wreck of the bus on Wednesday night.
Mum installs CCTV cameras after baby cries whenever nanny visited and what it recorded is absolutely sickening
A mum who said her eight-month-old baby cried every time the nanny visited set up secret cameras – and was shocked by what they discovered. Disturbing footage from the secretly-installed CCTV appeared to show her son being slapped on the face and bottom and thrown on to the floor after being grabbed by one arm. The nanny, named as Anastasia Zhelyabova, 31, is now facing prosecution and could get up to ten years in jail if convicted in court. So she secretly installed cameras around the house and appeared to catch the woman’s abusive behaviour in December. Russian media reports that the nanny got angry with the infant when he refused to take his bottle.
Search engine for CCTV lets you find people from their description
Finding someone in a surveillance video could soon be as easy as Googling them. Descriptions of people of interest, such as a suspect or a missing person, are normally given in terms of their height, gender or clothing. Using this information to find a short woman wearing a red jacket in a video, say, often requires scanning hours of footage manually, which is no easy task.
